Department of Defense Foreign Disclosure Authorities

DTSA serves as the Department of Defense office of primary responsibility for the development and issuance of the Department’s foreign disclosure program, articulated in Department directives and instructions. DTSA is also appointed as the Principal Disclosure Authority for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and as such is responsible for the direction and administration of the foreign disclosure program within OUSD(P).
