Michael Laychak
Acting Director, Defense Technology Security Administration
Mr. Michael Laychak, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is currently serving as the Acting Director for the Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA). In this capacity he manages a staff of over 190 policy analysts, engineers, security specialist, and licensing officers responsible for developing and implementing DoD technology security and foreign disclosure policies for international transfers of defense-related goods, services, information, and technology.

David Bagnati
Assistant Director, Defense Technology Security Administration
David Bagnati a member of the Senior Executive Service, is currently serving as the Assistant Director, International Security Cooperation, and Senior Advisor to the Director, Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA). In this capacity he leads a team of policy analysts and security specialists in developing and implementing DoD technology security and foreign disclosure policies for international transfers of defense-related goods, services, information, and technology.

Thomas K. Kerr
Assistant Director, Defense Technology Security Administration
Mr. Thomas K. Kerr, a former member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Assistant Director for Management & Comptroller at the Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA). In this capacity he leads a directorate staff in financial operations, human capital, corporate security and facilities, information technology, intelligence assessment and integration, and other functional areas in order to deliver goods and services for the efficient operation of the agency.

Assistant Director, Defense Technology Security Administration
Michael R. Martin, is currently serving as the Assistant Director, Export Control Directorate, Defense Technology Security Administration, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. In this capacity he manages a staff of 75 policy analysts, engineers, and licensing officers responsible for developing and implementing DoD technology security and foreign disclosure policies for international transfers of defense-related goods, services, information, and technology.
